shoes: Black/Green X-talon 212

Mass Start gaffled loops with Matt "Max" Hall, Matt "Karl" Rochester, and Dom "Mr Yorkshire" Dakin. Great fun and great racing, nothing like running with added banter to warm your body and soul on a cold Dales moor.

O training 20:51 [3] 2.49 km (8:22 / km) +43m 7:42 / km

Training Weekend @ Malham
Morning Training at Malham West. Great fun and good prep for BOC long. Interesting how the terrain certainly interrupts your stride making it hard on the legs and certainly tests you weak points. Control pick, "crossing points" and a bearings course. Did well to really look up and pick points in the distance for the bearings course. Trying to keep some pace there too.

O training 28:53 [1] 2.82 km (10:15 / km) +89m 8:51 / km
shoes: Black/Green X-talon 212

Shadowing

O training 31:29 [4] 4.18 km (7:32 / km) +32m 7:15 / km
shoes: Black/Green X-talon 212

Malham Central PM:
Aiming off course shadowed by Pete. Ok, just mainly looking for lines through the terrain, especially the limestone pavement.

O training 19:31 [4] 2.99 km (6:32 / km) +15m 6:22 / km
shoes: Black/Green X-talon 212

Control Flow course. Bit of a flop ngl, quite vague and messed up a 2 controls.... :/

O training 17:25 [3] 2.61 km (6:40 / km) +23m 6:23 / km
shoes: Black/Green X-talon 212

Half of the attack points course shadowed by Joe Woodley. Quite good apart from the one control where I read the contours as a re-entrant as opposed to the hill/spur that it actually was....
6 PM

O training 13:17 [4] 2.17 km (6:07 / km) +71m 5:16 / km
shoes: Black/Green X-talon 212

Sprint Relay in the grounds of the Field Centre. Great fun despite the big hill at the start.... Also mped right at the end oops...

Managed to organise an informal SYO Junior run at Burbage. Good fun, easy running along some paths with some hard pushes up the hills. People seemed to have enjoyed it so mission accomplished!
