Note
Took some days off because:
1. Massive load of Uni work with cw dues worth like 50% in all courses.
2. In the edge of getting ill and weather not helping + flatmattes with cold neither.
3. I am a bit worried about those shins niggles, so happy to leave the run a side for a bit.
Should have done a bit of gym/xtraining but very busy and really could not be bothered.
