Shorts season so into the canal today. Knees feeling weirdly sore-ish from the beggining, but not a sore that made me stop, till the way back, had to stop at the end of the canal and stretch.. some more stretching at home made them better!

Short and late today but taking it as a break from study. Very busy pool and this time my line was very crowded so adventured myself in the fast line for the main set. Enjoying it and wanting to stay longer to push a bit more but oh well, not the end of the world.
