Missing yesterday's sesh but not this week's! :-)
4x1min (2 min) - 1st and 2nd okey, jogged 3rd and okeish 4th). I am so very slow but oh well, it just can get better from now on ;)

Ankle felt noticeable during drills but okey while intervals, so all good.
