Big week of mileage. Actually just very fed up with my knees and ankles, CEO in 4 weeks and feeling not ready for it... lacking motivation... and busy week at uni if I want to add more excuses...

I've missed running! (although this was more like a jog). Just going very very slowly enjoying the spooky Blackford and Hermitage loop. Ankle bothered a bit at the beginning and knees a bit meh when coming back with all the tarmac.
Today Odhran told me he wanted to be in this diary, so I thought I could write something. He's hungry jajaja He wants us to have lunch at 12pm jajajaj I am also very hungry jaja Sabrina is hungry too. She has carrots jajajaj Nah, as a good Italian, she has pasta for lunch.
With coach Roanne :) thought I should start doing some strength + conditioning for my ankles/knees and full body in general, so going to implement this at least once a week. I actually enjoyed it! Gotta change things if I want to see things different.
