Orienteering race 53:47 [3] 5.78 km (9:18 / km) +205m 7:54 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

BUCS relay - Dumyat hill
3rd leg of a random man’s relay team - in the 2nd mass start with a bunch of not known people/orienteers. Slow in the uphills which I should have burned a bit more, with few stupid mistakes on some and good on others but overall I think I actually managed to enjoy myself woop woop

Hilly

Orienteering 1:39:50 [2] 9.6 km (10:24 / km) +331m 8:52 / km
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

BUCS individual
mistakes that could have been avoided if I checked/looked at the map and some other routechoices would've made a better race. Not being the greatest at the running part neither and actually lacking some 'savage/competitive' spirit on me, gotta bring it back!!!

Nae good

Was looking forward for this run for a long time. Bit sad that I missed Pedley’s training since defo need some sprint training for CEO, but I just couldn’t resist. To Braids - with a little bonk there -, then Hermitage and Blackford all cruising through my favorite paths. Hills, gorses, sunset spotting and woods: a perfect route. Very very lovely.

Cycling: work/uni 1:10:00 [2]

Note

actually biking “fast” to Uni made knees hurt. It’s mainly when they’re bent when they start to hurt, that explains why last Sunday with all the snow were pretty sore... what shall I do for running? It’s not flats then that make them hurt but my stride? Mmmmm
7 AM

Road Running warm up/down 3:40 [1] 0.63 km (5:49 / km)
shoes: Mizuno

Road Running intervals 40:24 [3] 6.69 km (6:02 / km) +52m 5:49 / km
shoes: Mizuno

knew since I left home that it was gonna be bad sesh but got it done, which is something: 2x1200 - 2x1000- 2x800 with 2' rest each - no 200s cause knees were noticeable on the last one.

Shifting prettttty bad doing some various loops of the meadows: did not know where exactly run the 1200 and 800 so just run till Garmin said stop. Good thing is the weather continues like this, I’ll get a nice tan by the end of the week ;)

Road Running warm up/down 4:07 [1] 0.61 km (6:45 / km)
