Note

First year in Elite in CEO and not finishing last one is already a lot for this slow gal (16th/25th, yayy! - beating my teammate Tere in both Sprint and Middle which was my personal goal for this CEO).

Motivated for more training (and more intervals!) to hopefully start climbing positions in the races. 5 days of Spain, here I come!!!!

neither dad and me were feeling too zippy and a rollercoaster of hormones played a bad game today (again), a painful belly while running that made me stop for like 2’ in fetal position. Got better for the way back but just feeling tired :/ . Hopefully there’s a twist for the weekend and my hormones get me the shot of energy that I need to race:)

In another note, very very pleasant tee weather here at home!
