5Days have been great and even though I’ve done quite horrible I feel very motivated to actually start training properly. No more Orienteering for the rest of the summer but I want to do some training at lest as a pre-season.
I’m also motivated to come back to Edinburgh, I think the options I have there I wouldn’t have them all here (at least where I do live in Galicia, it’s just easier there to find a o-training/race every week) so I’m happy to have at least another year there to try to make the most of it!
I want to test myself in November (CEO part 2) and see how much I’ve been able to improve (both physically and in Orienteering), and also see how much (hopefully less than these days) from the Spanish Elite girls I finish behind.
Would love to say that I will be able to have a proper block of training before coming back to edinb but my summer is going to be more busy from now on, specially because of friends coming to visit and I do want to show them around as much as I can so don’t really see the next few weeks easy to be consistent training-wise. I’ll try to do sth when possible but can’t promise anything

Went to the doctors for my ankle and they said nothing was wrong, neither in the x-rays so I guess that bulto will go away with some rest... not the best as I’m going to a festival this weekend, but is gonna be running-rest at least.
