chilling in a very cool place in the river today, such good weather! did a bit of swimming but not worth logging it. There was a super cute dog doing some lengths with his owner! *.*

Trail route with dad along the river. Feeling a bit weak and still on antibiotics (last day today, extended it as I still had some symptoms) so I will excuse my ahr with that. This is one of my favourite routes here and I am glad dad joined me, although I stopped at 40' it was good to have him to continue the grind. Sunny and warm evening to top things off!

Might xt tomorrow as knees felt a bit sore in the beginning.

Genuinely feeling tired today due to lack of sleep so made the huge effort of chilling today running some errands and treating myself with what I rediscovered, a better version of the usual McFlurry which I cannot find in uk, the reason: it comes with chocolate/caramel syrup on top, yass

Still on antibiotics but energy has somehow come back. Headed with dad along the river for a 40' of good company, feeling good and maybe a bit more good in bits.

Still cannot get rid of my coloretes after running, my friends asked me after if it was sunburn, nahhhhh just lack of training (and maybe a bit of sun) :-)

half of the "usual" sesh + 10min core, glad to say I am stronger with the side-planks and not just the novice with non-existent-equilibrium that I was. hell yeahrx

After gym. Thought the loop would take at least 30min but it was only 20. Hesitated in doing more but had to make dinner tonight and you do not make people wait for pizza... :P
