Pre-running Green Course on Arthur’s Seat (Big weekend)
Few wobbles in Whinny Hill but quite enjoyed the course. Paniqued a bit when in the final controls saw the people already starting and thought I had taking ages in pre-running. Luckily for me Nixon was in sight and then Tam overtook me so kind of arrived at same time as the other pre-runners (taking into account they were doing longer courses that kind of says how super good at o I am, aye?)

Big Weekend - Urban (Women Open)

Started after Jenny, Freya and Louise and never caught them. Took it as a long run training and aiming for a clean run without having to stop to decide on the routes. Managed that easily and quite enjoyed finally running the BW Urban race after 3 years!

Early morning into Uni with a mega plod but very glad I run. Canal, WoL and 2k of roads scorted by big boy Tam (until Currie). Such a nice morning!

Note

think I pulled a muscle in my leg on the first stride so bailed after the second. Okey for the 3min reps but bothered on the 30” (longer stride?). Rolled and stretched it tonight so hopefully nothing to be too worried about.

Got further today! Mainly maybe cause conditions were better and was wearing shoes with more grip too. Overtook Helen and Tara on the last 3’ rep making it the furthest of the sesh:))))))
