Thought about doing an hour today and see how knee responded but then decided to do Blackford-Inch-Craigmillar loop with Tam and already knew I was gonna take longer than an hour (was never planning running much faster than this). Very enjoyable even when I slided and covered in mud all right part of my body in one of the paths in Craigmillar..

Knee was noticeable again, but not worse than Friday so if not worse tomorrow plan is to run every second day till the weekend.

easy run to test the knee. Noticeable all the way but a bit better once it warmed up. Not sore after (yet), so I’ll take that as a gooood sign:)

Jog to/back from pleasance for drums. Not a very pleasant outing, knee was noticeable all the way but meh... Icing now and see what happens tomorrow.
