Not so good. Completely missed my #1 even though I was having a good plan and control. DIdn't expect the controls would be little kites, and when it appeared hanging on a branch I got really annoyed at myself. The bib was not needed (not even on the common controls, which was my second thought).

Out of the group by when I found myself, got a bit frustrated, confused and then tired. Took it as a plod, chilled and did my orienteering.

OL Intervaller with Frida & Chloé, but taking it more by the end. Really nice map, quite enjoyed but felt tired from the this week. No kites out! Was hesitant about my 10 and 16, but continued anyway, definitely I had missed them.

Tröskel with Chloé & Olivier, joined their training instead of short hills:)
Plan was 6x4’ (50” rest) but already 4th was not able to fight it. Maybe too little rest for my threshold pace. Ended up with 3x4’ (50”), 3x2’ (1min) and then an extra 1’min with Chloé pacing her final rep :)
