Okay, so I know I dropped off attackpoint for a bit there, but I think I'll get in the habit of logging again. So what I didn't log was that basically my hip was getting worse because even though i was doing my PT exercises (sporadically), I was still aggravating it by running. So I took a bit of a running break and just did the stairmaster at the YMCA, and then I moved on to running on the treadmill until I felt pain and then jumping back on the stairmaster, and now I'm actually running again! And I've been yet to break my New Year's resolution which is to do PT exercises every night
