- Warmup (6 min jog, stretching, warmup drills, 2 laps of striders)
- 2 Sets of Pace-setters (800m, rest, 400m, rest, 200m, rest)
There was no set time on these, they just wanted you to try and keep up with whoever set the pace, but they were really hard anyway (especially since this was the first really hard workout this season my knee/hip could take). For the 2nd 800m, I only did 400m because my knee was hurting and I wanted to be able to do the rest of practice.
