I ran Green B and while I was accurate, I was annoyingly slow especially for the second half of the course. My knee felt great, but my hip is still bothering me. It feels a lot better than before, but still has a bit of healing to do.
-Warmup (10 minute run, stretching, abs and pushups, warmup drills, stairs) -20 minute run -2 laps of striders -2 laps of cool down -Myrtle Routine/ Stretching Today was a really easy day, but I felt the best I've felt in a while. I'm finally recovering and I'm so happy for it
