Running 36:01 [3] 4.21 mi (8:33 / mi) +22m 8:25 / mi

Okay, strava says 37m climb and garmin says 22m? Not that it's that important, but in my area, that's a significant difference, so I'm a little confused.

Also, a question for people who run with watches: Do you pause the run while waiting at intersections for more than a few seconds? Or just keep it recording?

Other Cardio (Stairmaster ) 25:00 [3]

Maybe one of my favorite "workouts" (elevated heartrate sessions) simply because I can read simultaneously

Monday Jan 13 #

Running 25:22 [3] 2.92 mi (8:41 / mi) +8m 8:37 / mi

I like to set my personal minimum workout time as 25 min, so I met that at least

Going forward I should probably work on 1) hills/climb and 2) increasing my weekly mileage

Sunday Jan 12 #

Running 30:19 [3] 3.44 mi (8:49 / mi) +4m 8:47 / mi

It was pretty warm out and just felt nice to run

Note

Okay, so I know I dropped off attackpoint for a bit there, but I think I'll get in the habit of logging again. So what I didn't log was that basically my hip was getting worse because even though i was doing my PT exercises (sporadically), I was still aggravating it by running. So I took a bit of a running break and just did the stairmaster at the YMCA, and then I moved on to running on the treadmill until I felt pain and then jumping back on the stairmaster, and now I'm actually running again! And I've been yet to break my New Year's resolution which is to do PT exercises every night
