Technically a 5k time trial, but my legs were actually dead so I sort of don't want to acknowledge it. I ran a faster 5k and felt much better just in the middle of my 4 mile run on Tuesday. But hey, now when I actually get in shape, I'll show all the more improvement. Plus, the fact that I'm this tired is a testament to the fact that I pushed myself this week.

Xc hills: Sprinting up and jogging down a small hill for 18 min (every 4th jog down was a walk)

My knee started to flare about half way through since it doesn't really like downhills. It was fine when I stopped running though, so I'm optimistic that if I don't push it this weekend it'll be fine.
