Actually a fun workout for once

A ladder workout around the bus circle, starting with 1 light pole and increasing to 5 light poles (real precise I know). We ran in groups of 7 and during our recovery jogs/walks we had to order ourselves by random stuff like the last number of our phone number or the number of pets we have. It was a nice last workout of the xc season.

Plus, it was cold and rainy which was pretty against the fall foliage and meant we got to skip abs.
