Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 4 laps round the track then drills. Tonight we did a clock session a 200m 400m 600m 800m and a 1000m we had a 200m jog recovery for the first first rep but after that the recovery jog was 400m. My times were 31 72 1.57 2.47 3.33. To cool down we 4 laps round the track then stretching.
