Steady run around blackford hill up to the top , back down to Mayfield church to pick up my coat and back home

Scottish high schools cross country very hard but really enjoyed it and came 32nd in under 16s

Warm up for nationals 7 minutes steady then drills

Cycling 34:00 [4]

Rollers 10 minutes warm up then 6 second sprints 30 second sprints with 30 seconds reast 5 minutes recovery then the same sprints and lastly 8 minutes cool down

Race along cramond for about 2km I was 5th

Warm up I did 5 minutes steady running then drills some more jogging then drills again then sprints

Lasswade athletics to warm up 3 laps of the football pitch then some drills. Then intervals round the outside of the track then round the astro my times were
