Doing some cycling sprints ten minutes warm up then I did four laps round sinennes and Hatton place 4 laps doing different lengths of sprints then 2 laps recovery I did this 3 times then 10 minutes cool down

Lasswade athletics to warm up 5 laps of football pitch then some drills. We did 6 400m with 2 minutes reast inbetween. My times were 77 79 79 78 80 82 seconds then 5 laps of football pitch to cool down then some stretching.
