Crit race at lochgely I got a good start but couldn't stay with the fastest people out the corners I came a ok 11

Warm up for race 4 minutes 140 rpm 2 minute 150 rpm 1 minute 160 rpm 2 minutes 170 rpm then 3 8 second sprints with 52 seconds reast then 2 minutes steady

Lasswade athletics to warm up 2 laps of the football pitch then some drills. We did 6 300m my times were 53 55 56 55 55 54 after that we did 5 sprints half the length of the football pitch lastly to warm down we did 6 laps of the football pitch then some stretching
