Lasswade athletics to warm up 3 laps of the football pitch then some drills we did 6 300m my times were 54 54 53 54 53 52 then 6 laps of football pitch then some stretching

Rollers normally warm up slowly increasing our rpm then 3 6 second sprints. We did 6 30 second sprints in an easy gear 30 second rest then 30 seconds in you hardest gear then 30 seconds reast at the end we did 1 minute max effort in any gear. After that we played gauntlet dodge ball were you ran round in a square stopping to do press ups, squats and we had to hop one section all the time coaches threw balls at you
