Steady run with my mum ruff running just over the road from Galloway activity centre run to Gray hill getting a little bit lost but still had fun

Back to the bike path this time road all the way up and back keep my heart rate between 150 and 160

4 laps round arthers seat 1st lap steady then next 3 I did 3minutes hard up the hill 1 minute recovery then a nother 3minutes hard

5 laps round arthers seat 1st lap steady then next 3Iaps i did 6 minutes of 15 seconds sprints then 45seconds recovery then the 5th lap I was riding steady

Lasswade athletics to warm up 4 laps of football pitch then some drills we did 6 300m with 2 minutes reast inbetween my times were 56 55 55 56 57 55 after that we did 4 sprints half the length of the football pitch then 4 laps of football pitch to cool down then some stretching
