Laps of arthers seat 1st lap 5 minutes hard from the bottom of the hill to the car park. Next lap 15 second sprints with 1 minute recover x3 1 on the flat 2 up the hill

Scottish 6 days had lots of fun really fun came 11th on the orange course

Laps of arthers seat 1st lap steady up to steep part of the climb then I did 1 minutes hard with 4 minutes steady 5 minutes recover then 30 seconds sprint then 4 minutes steady then 30 seconds sprint with 2.30 steady x 3. I did all this in 3 laps
