Laps round arthers seat 1st lap steady then next 3 laps i did 15 45 s from the car park up the hill then round to the top i did it 11 10 10 times

Track at lasswade to warm up I did 4 laps of the football pitch then drills tonight we did contiues relays running 200m 4 times in each set we did 2 sets. To cool down 2 laps of a football pitch then stretching

Track at lasswade to warm up 4 laps of the football pitch then drills. Tonight we did grass reps round the outside of the track and the astroturf my times were 2.46 2.50 2.50 and 2.37 to cool down we did 5 laps of the football pitch then stretching.
