Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 5 laps round the football pitch then trills tonight we did grass reaps with 3 minutes rest. 2 laps 1 lap and then 2 laps again my times were 5.34 237 and 5.35. Next we did a 300m a 200m and a 150m my times were 57 34 & 23
To cool down 3 laps of the football pitch then stretching
