Couldn't go too athletics so my dad did me a training session in the cricket club. To warm up jogged there and then 2 laps of the field and drills. Tonight I did 6 laps of the field going hard were I went off every 3 minutes my times were 1.45 1.44 1.41 1.44 1.45 1.43. Then too cool down 2 laps round the field and drills
