Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 6 laps round the football pitch then trills tonight we did 4×200m then 6 grass reaps my 200m times were 32 34 34 34 and grass reap times were 2.41 2.39 2.38 2.37 2.37 2.35 to cool down we did 3 laps of the football pitch then stretching
