Steady run round blackford hill up to the top then home

Ran to a steep back near the top of blackford hill then did 3 30 second sprints 3 times i ran to the bottom at the end of each 1 and on the 3rd of each 1 i ran to the top of blackford hill

Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 5laps round the football pitch then trills tonight we did 200m 400m 600m 600m 400m 200m with a 200m or 400m jogging to recover inbetween. My times were 32 73 2.03 2.01 71 33 to cool down we did 4 laps round the football pitch then stretching
