Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 6 laps round the football pitch then trills tonight we did 10×300m my times were 51 53 53 53 53 54 53 53 52 53. To cool down we did 6 laps round the football pitch then stretching

Track at lasswade athletics to warm up a 10 minute jog then drills. Tonight we did grass reaps a double then 2 singles we had 2.30 rest. My times were 5.24 2.27 2.27. To cool down we did a 15 minute jog then stretching
