Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 3 laps round the track and astro then drills. Tonight we did grass reaps a single a double a single then a small lap round the track with 2 minutes rest. My times were 2.29 5.27 2.30 and 1.30. To cool down we did 3 laps round the track and the astro then stretching.
