steady run i didnt feel that good but still enjoyed my run.around and up blackford hill up the 100 steps i went hard but managed to not record it then down and back up the lang lean path then along to the big feild down and back home

Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 3 laps round the track then drills. Tonight we did 12×3300m with 100m jog inbetween my times were 49 52 53 53 54 53 54 54 53 53 52 52. To cool down we did 4 laps round the track then stretching

Steady run to arthers seat down hunters bog then back up next to the road on the bank then home

Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 10 minutes jog then drills tonight we did grass reaps 5 singles my times were
2.31 2.33 2.34 2.33 2.27 to cool down we did 3 strides then a 10 minutes jog then stretching
