steady run with my mum and sisters from the dreghorne barocks to bonaly to the foot of the pentland then back to the way we came

virtual race up the path on arthers seat. it was still fun

reps round the crescent to warm up 1 mile jog then drills i did 8 reps, 4 with 1 minute rest in between each lap then 2 laps jog round the crescent then another 4 laps with 1 minute rest in between each lap. my times were 58 59 58 58 1.01 1.00 59 58. to cool down 3 laps round the crescent.

steady run up and down the hirmatage then to the top of blackforde hill then home

reps in the cricket club to warm up 3 laps round the cricket club to warm up then drills. i did a pyramid 1 2 3 2 1 with 1.30 rest. my times were 1.40 3.39 5.30 3.30 1.34. to cool down 6 minute jog
