Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 6 per cent round the football pitch then drills. Tonight we did 12×150m with 1.30 recovery inbetween, my times for 33 34 34 33 34 34 33 33 33 33 33 33. To cool down we did 6 laps round the football pitch then stretching
