Rugby gaming against the under sixteens in 3 20min halfs. We got completely hamerd but I still really enjoyed it and got a couple of decent carries

Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 6 laps round the football pitch then drills. Tonight we did 6×400m my times were 70 72 73 80 82 79. I felt pretty crap after the 1st 3 but kept on going, my knees were extremely sore so I just walked round the football then had a good stretch
