Track at lasswade athletics to warm up 6 laps round the football pitch then trills tonight we did grass reaps a double then a single a double a then 2 singles we had 2.30 recovery after the doubles and 1.45 recovery after the singles my times were 5.15 (2.35 split) 2.28 5.17 (2.33 split) 2.28 and 2.26. We then did 2 150s not timed. To cool down we did 3 laps round the football pitch then stretching. Good session
