20' easy - 6x30" hill rep - 20' easy
hip mobility / warm up as per plan.
set off with fairly good legs a touch heavy in the quads but felt fairly fresh. my stride felt good. Ran this on the road tonight so that i could use my usual hill.
30" hill reps felt good but with each rep my effort improved. by the 6th rep it felt good was pushing hard. had a decent recovery between each rep made sure my breathing was back under control and ready for the next effort.
20' to cool down felt ok the legs still seemed fresh after the hill reps.
The weather was wet today but stopped raining for tonights session although there was some thunder. Felt warm but nowhere near as heavy as last week.
