Warm up / hip mobility as per plan.
The weather was wet tonight and felt a little reluctant to push myself outside the door. However once moving was glad i had and was too bad. The quads felt a bit heavy but moving well. Soon in to a rhythm. the weather improved after about 20' and stopped raining. There were a few patches of standing water on the towpath but fairly good underfoot and improved by the fact that the waterways have cut back some of the under growth.
strideouts felt good and the legs feel fresh and ready to get going this weekend.
