Run along the towpath. The quads felt heavy for the first 5' or so but then felt good and into a nice rhythm. felt strange to be out for a shortened time. got home and found out that buxton has had severe flooding with bridges and roads being swept away. So need to keep an eye on the race incase they cut the route or worse, the race.
