Ran with Anna on a new route she had found. Felt really comfortable and just chatted for the most of it. Legs never felt fatigued or over worked. Very chilly out so the run just kept warm enough to not feel the cold too much.
Hill sprints I did on my own and the felt amazing. Pushing really nice and nice high knee.
