Ran pre break fast. Weather was a bit overcast but warm. Took the first 15’ to get into the flow but once I did felt ok and gradually started to feel more with it. Legs felt far better than the previous day.
Strides felt really good the legs felt strong happy to get the session done and get sone breakfast.
