20’ easy - 25’ uphill tempo - jog back down
Filthy weather. Rain and wind for most of the run. Set off from the road rather than the car park just so that I could stretch the warm up out a little.
Set off into the tempo up clougha. Felt good and moving well. Perhaps could have pushed it a little more on the climb but ran at a fairly decent intensity. Still struggling to get enough climb but because I set off from the road got a bit more than I did last time.

Jog back felt fine but right in my right hip flexor but stretched it off and feels as though it’s settled down nicely. Really enjoy these session missing the hills a bit now so nice to get on the trails.
