60’ moderate

Felt good tonight my stride felt long and really up on to the balls of my feet. My breathing is nice and controlled and other than achey feet I felt nimble. Ran at the more comfortable end of a moderate effort and probably could have upped the effort a tiny bit but nonetheless was happy overall.

60’ easy diaganols

Ran on the back lanes. Pretty wet out today part of the run was flooded too.

Ran nice pace that felt very easy. Quads a bit heavy. Diaganols felt ok but probably more fatiguing then they should have been.

I set off expecting to do 60’ easy but got going and felt good. I decided to do the moderate run and felt awesome. Kept a nice pace and felt really good. Legs didn’t seem to tier and just able to move a long nicely.

Got home and realised I’ve completely messed the plan up this week so will do the 60’ moderate that was meant to be Mondays session on Thursday.

Ran out with Anna. Pace was very easy and legs felt relaxed. Moving well and able to tick along nicely. Never felt effort and feeling really fresh.

Strideouts felt decent and pushing through the legs well. Weather was mild and made a pleasant change.

Ran over Nicky nook with Anna but set off really late as got delayed in the morning. Legs felt ok after yesterday’s session kept a comfortable and very easy pace. I was happy with the way the legs felt but we cut it short as hunger was setting in.
