leg was fine, just a bit tight after. guess ill see if its ok tomorrow morning.

i dont think hills was a good idea. just when i thought i was fine to go back into normal training...my leg is sore again:(. pain came back when i got out of bed this morning..
see how it feels tomorrow.. and might just keep to the flats.

started off nice and smooth felt good running, thought this is "easy" and fucked it.. bout 4mins lost. the rest was slow and thought id lost heaps of time.. only down by 6secs to geoff:) . great course set by nemeth.

good stretches and physio exercises, went for AGES!

was alright. set on the green side of the map. lost a bit of time at 2 controls and also the last control being a bit dodgy. pretty happy to be only 3mins down on nemeth but 4 mins down on kurt... :(.
