| 3 sprint races, 2.2k each. kept on stuffing up in the circle and when i was leading i would just run without navigating - cannot handle pressure or people! mistakes were shocking so decided to run a bit slower and try to read my map a bit more on the last one, was a bit better. really fun race format. |

| back was good!! hurt all night but didn't feel it at all while running! :). had a shit run anyway, caught belinda at the 4th control when she was running out and i was running in, didn't even look at the leg and just ran off straight up the hill to catch her, stuffed up that control and never saw her again. the whole race, every control was bad bad bad!! |

| went to another chiropractor who gave me a good crack! hes looking over the xrays tonight and im going back first thing tomorrow morning, where i'll find out the real deal. hopefully it will start to settle down. soo sore at the moment... :( |

| only got about 3 hrs sleep last night coz my back was so painfull. went to the chiropractor, then xrays then to the doctor. it appears i have a slight case of scoliosis which has caused muscle spasms in my lower back. im on pain killers which seem to be working!:)hopefully i get a better sleep tonite.. |

| went round with bryan (halfway round i looked down at his hand when he handed me the map and realized he didn't have a compass! - reminds me sumthing kurt would do!), did one control each. was pretty good, but legs are really scratched and back is really sore.. he is too FAST!!! total of 43 controls. :) thanx toph!! |

| was a pretty good run. was leading the whole way till i lost 10mins on number 10. went straight but came off line, relocated at the quarry and then went in to find the control but still couldn't find it. went back another 3 times to the quarry and still no control. finally saw a massive group of girls come through. can't believe i stuffed it up soo bad when i was really soo close! :(. liked the 1:15000 map much better than the 1:10000 |

| really hard! was way too high at number 4 and heather caught me. stayed with her but then decided to take a different route choice and got stuck in the green. caught her back up when she made an error and then ran together. she got away from me aound the spectator when all the controls were on top of each other, it was really hard to read the map! |

| time trial at bunyaville. pb - 29.23. last time was around 32.20. and previous pb was around 31.10. first person to ever go under 30mins, was aiming to go under 30 around easter but never trained so i made an aim to do it around aus champs, and ive finally cracked it! :D. was leading the whole way. calf is really really tight again.. |
