| ran/walked to work. the cold was worse this morning after last night so i decided to go real slow and walk most of it today. in normal training the intensity would be about 3 but coz i have the cold it felt like 5!! if that makes sense... ran about 3-4k. walked the rest. |

| was a free class so there was 2 guys with a bunch of 30-40 girls..they luved it!! was good fun. really hard on the legs!!
