Hårlövs IF training. Uddärp.
mass start. had to find the feature in a very big control circle.
calf felt tight and weird.

round the uddärp circuit.

to the skog and back to the klubb house after intervals.

legs got numb standing in the nice cold ocean after, then straight to the sauna, and then a nice klubb dinner:).
