w/ kurt. samford downs , along the creek, csiro, finishing at the end of the dirt track. was a good run

krystal dominated me:( BUT kurt dominated us both!!! seems to be getting heaps faster!!
leg was fine, just a bit tight after. guess ill see if its ok tomorrow morning.

i dont think hills was a good idea. just when i thought i was fine to go back into normal training...my leg is sore again:(. pain came back when i got out of bed this morning..
see how it feels tomorrow.. and might just keep to the flats.
