time of total session. 4 x hills rec down hill. not sure time of each hill think around 1.50min. pushed hard and let out a lot of crap which has been on my mind:(

been working 12 -16hrs every day for the past week which is alot for me!! been too rooted to train just get home and sleep:(. hopefully i have enough money for sweden now...
